HRMS/Payroll Consultant

Our client is a big company in UAE urgently requires the following positions:

HRMS/Payroll Consultant

Requirements:

  • Must have been involved in at least 2-3 Implementation Project & 2 Support Projects covering complete life cycle of project including design, development, testing, implementation & training for various business data processing & HRMS / Payroll applications
  • Have developed at least 40 Customizations, to ensure handling of most issues generally faced by Technical Support staff.
  • Proficiency in using several software, & associated tools such as Developer 2000
  • Proficiency in writing complex Fast Formulas
  • Ability to coordinate with Oracle DBA’s & System administrators for resolving internal technical issues and implements& tests suggestions / recommendations by Oracle given in TAR Update in Test instance.
  • Capable of creating & linking various earnings & deductions elements & writing calculation rules 
  • Good knowledge of customizing the standard PTO accruals to meet business requirements such as Leave Encashment, Promotions, and Carryover process and Creation of all Leave Types and their related fast formulas.
  • Arabic nationality is a must
