Room Division Director

Main Job Role:

1. Responsible for assessing; developing and monitoring of the service delivery standards followed in all rooms’ division related areas
2. Responsible of: Front Office, Butler Service, Switchboard, Concierge and Housekeeping
3. Manage the human resources in the division (hire, train, develop, empower, coach, conduct performance and salary)
4. Develop, recommend, implement and manage the division's annual budget

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Hospitality from an international & well known university
• 5+ years’ plus experience in rooms division in 5 stars luxury hotel at a managerial level
• Arab Nationality
