Our Client is now looking for highly talented candidates to fulfill the following position:

Director of sales  

For all 3 locations ( Jeddah , Riyadh , Dammam )

Qualifications

-10-14+ years of experience in sales
- Saudi or Arab nationality only 
- Clear Leadership managerial skill ,excellent communicator at a corporate level in both Arabic & English 
- Proven track record in leading a sales force to achieve goals 
-Must be coming from any of the following industries: Insurance or Real Estate 
- BA in business or marketing or related field , MBA will be a plus .

Job description:

-Supervising and motivate their Sales Executives to close sales
-Develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, 
negotiate deals, and secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale. 
-Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the Sales Executives to achieve.
-DOS may offer incentives and reward teams that reach their goals.
