Our client is a global group of sister companies in North and South America, The Caribbean Islands that has been in the international trading business of Frozen and Fresh Food Commodities as well as Animal Feed Ingredients for over 35 years is currently searching for a highly experienced Dairy and Confectionery Division Director for their head office in Egypt.
Position: Dairy and Confectionery Division Director
Job description:1. Oversee the department, its sales, and marketing planning, building a customer base, managing operations, inventory, and sales execution in Egypt.
2. Develop the entire Dairy and Confectionery Ingredients Division
3. Design and implement various strategies to identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion to loyal customers
4. Develop and manage product sourcing from all foreign suppliers and strategic plans.
5. Manage all Dairy Sales and Marketing Projects and prepare reports to be submitted to the company’s President and Board of Directors
6. Develop and implement various marketing strategies and participate in everyday procedures.
Main Requirements:• Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a major in Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
• Master of Business Administration “MBA” is required.
• Highly experienced in Dairy and Confectionary Ingredient products’ sales and marketing with 7 to 10 years of experience in this industry.
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership position with an international organization specialized in food and dairy products.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English languages.
