CEO Vacancy in Egypt/ Construction & Real Estate
Our client is a one of the leading companies in construction, real estate investment, project management and urban development both locally and internationally, is seeking for the following position for its branch in Egypt:
Chief Executive Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the formulation of Company strategy and ensure the effective translation of the overall strategic direction from the Board of Directors into actionable business plans.
- Carry out the instructions of the Board of Directors in an effective, efficient and timely manner, thus adding value to the company business.
- Developed high level relationship with strategic partner and government entity’
- Implement strategies for generating resources and revenues for the Company to meet commitments to all stakeholders.
- Oversee business operations across the Company to ensure efficiency, quality, service and cost-effective management of resources.
- Work towards extending the presence of products and services in the Egypt and MENA region and also internationally through strategic alliances
- Ensure the Company budgets and plans are implemented effectively through the coordination with various Department heads.
- Act as a great communicator and change agent, coordinating change efforts across the Company, while ensuring that concerned parties including the Board, customers and staff are rapidly informed of events that will have a major impact on the way that the business is managed.
- Give a direction to the process of culture building and re-enforcement and actively support the HR function in establishing an appropriate, professional and people-friendly culture and work environment within the company.
- Act as a key representative and spokesperson for the company in business forums and public meetings, positioning the company’s image as a good corporate entity that practices effective corporate governance and generates value and wealth for Egypt.
Job Requirements:
- University degree in a business or engineering oriented discipline, preferably followed by an MBA or a professional qualification.
- At least 15 years’ experience in areas relevant to the company business (Real Estates Development) in the corporate sector (preferably Real Estates institutions) with around 5 years in a senior or leading general management position.
Egyptian nationality candidate is needed, candidate must have experience within real estate development industry.
