Our Client, a Fast Growing Contracting Company offers multi engineering services that mainly caters to Oil & Gas, petrochemicals, fertilizers, and a Steel industry in Saudi for over a decade, is now looking for highly talented candidates to fulfill the following position.
Food cost controller
Main job responsibilities:
- Determine cost per meal & each code after setting menu price according to menu costing procedures.
- Follow up prices of fresh items and daily compare it with similar companies prices
- Monitor employee’s meal cost & check conformity quantity & quality.
- Compare daily sales revenues with daily cost
Main job requirements:
- 5 years of experience as Food Cost Controller in hotels.
- Bachelor degree from reputable university major accounting \financial & banking sciences.
- Training courses in budgeting & financial analysis.
- Very good English
