Our client is a leading company specialized in Heavy Industry Science & Technology based in China is now hiring 

Position required: Service Manager (5-10 years experience in Heavy Equipment is a must)

Work type location: Egypt / Remotely


• Responsible for managing the service team and all service activities within the region.
• Supervise, schedule, and allocate tasks to the service team to maintain, repair, and perform preventive maintenance service of the equipment.
• Actively work to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that all service problems specified by the customers are attended to as per company policy with the aim to enhance client relationships.
• Provide adequate guidelines to team members to increase their efficiency and achieve customer satisfaction.
