Due to continued expansion , we are now looking for a strong & passionate caliber to join our dynamic team!

We are hiring:

  • HR & Outsourcing Account Manager : Minimum 6-8 years of experience, with at least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in similar role.

Main Position Role : To act as a One Stop Shop Account Manager covering all HR & Outsourcing activities, Services, requirements & compliance for a Major account/s in Egypt .

Work Location: Staff Arabia Main Office – Giza, Egypt.

Main Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a closely related field such as Human resources
  • Manage payroll, personnel and compliance for large accounts/clients .

. Previous experience in service provider environment is a plus , with proof of capability & success of handling large HC accounts ( 2000+).

  • Experienced also in dealing with part-time and seasonal employment & compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including logical and advanced formulas, and pivot tables.
  • Experience with ERP/HRIS systems is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships internally & externally .
  • Service oriented , with Experience in dealing with fast-paced environment and people management.

. Clear leadership capabilities to lead a team towards planned targets and team development .

  • Flexibility to work more hours during the work week when necessary.
  • Excellent command of English….preferably with British accent.
