We are hiring Senior Sales Executive

About the company:

Staff Arabia is a leading HRO, Staffing, Payroll, and Outsourcing Service Provider with main offices in Cairo and a regional presence covering most of the MENA region.

The company offers total HR, EOR/Outsourcing, Staffing, Payroll, Personnel, and Deployment solutions & services to clients & Corporates in different industries

(Oil & Gas, Energy, Pharmaceutical, IT, Logistics, Railway, Banking, Insurance, FMCG ... etc)

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role as a sales executive you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients within Egypt and the MENA region, promoting company solutions, and achieving sales targets through effective sales strategies.

Main Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

- Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills

- Experience in HR, Outsourcing, Staffing, or related industry

- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills

- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets

- Knowledge of HRO, Payroll, and Outsourcing services

- Fluency in English and Arabic

- Preferably owning a car
