Our client a leading company in KSA that offers wide range of services in marine, ports and industrial fields, is looking for qualified Candidate to Fulfill the Following Position:
Technical Support Officer
Main Job responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer desktops and laptops, accessories, peripherals, etc.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems by diagnosing and solving hardware/software/accessories faults.
- Maintain, repair, replace, and recover computer hardware parts and accessories failures as needed.
- Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment; monitors and maintains UPS power supply.
- Take the initiative for improving the work space by organizing computer cabling and accessories setups.
Main Job requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Computer college degree.
- Experience in ports would be preferred
- Good command of English both spoken and written.
