Staff Arabia , A rising Recruitment Consultancy Company is looking to hire an excellent caliber to fulfill the following position: 

Administration Officer

 
As an Administration Officer you are responsible for processing and carrying out all transactions related to visa’s, liaising with various Government Departments and your role will include key responsibilities such as: 
• Process all types of visas mainly employment visas
• Assist the Government Relations Officer for visa related tasks 
• Submit relevant documents periodically to the immigration / labour office 
• Prepare on a monthly basis reports on visa reconciliation 
• Carry out other relevant tasks and duties as assigned 
• Maintain and cultivate goodwill and good relationship with Government Departments 
• Be up to date in regards to any changes or amendments to the prevailing laws / rules / regulations, changes in forms / formats and other procedures
• preparing reports, case-notes, correspondence and other material in relation to visa matters.
• Dealing with client queries by phone, email and in person.
• maintaining accurate files, electronic and other records.

Skills, Qualifications & Experiences: 

You should have previous experiences in visa processing field, You must be good in written and spoken English and computer knowledge as well is required.
