HR Manager vacancy in KSA
Our client, a Multi Engineering Services Company in Saudi Arabia that mainly caters to oil and gas, construction, and real estate is looking for excellent caliber to fulfill the following position:
Human Resources Manager
Main job responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to all HR functions
- Advise managers with organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity & recommend needed changes.
- Responsible for the implementation & adherence to corporate employment procedures (Hiring approvals, medical check-ups, filing of hiring credentials, contract signature) implement a grading structure based on company methodology.
Main job requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business/ HR from reputable university / MBA will be a plus
- Minimum 10-15 years’ experience in large-scale corporations, with at least 3-4 years in a similar position preferably in construction , Oil & Gas companies
- Excellent Communication skills
- Preferably Egyptian Nationality
