Sales Supervisor

Reporting to: Fifty One East Department Store Manager

-Job description:
Manage the showroom and assisting the department store manager, including staff schedule, MOD schedule, monitoring the orders of all sections, follow up the sales and check the stockrooms plus to assist the store management in driving the sales team to achieve the sales targets.

-Job Responsibilities:

  • To step up to management level when required and ensure the store still delivers operational excellence.
  • To motivate the sales team to achieve budgeted sales targets.
  • To organize the sales team to achieve set service standards.
  • To ensure store is fully stocked and the replenishment procedures are being carried out on a daily basis.
  • Provide all the support that might be needed on the floor
  • Follow up of the maintenance in the store
  • Prepare on monthly basis; MOD schedule and Sales Reports.
  • Problem solving
  • Monitor the inventory process.
  • Possess communication skills that are clear, engaging and responsive to staff.
  • Perform other related duties as required
  • Evaluation for the new staff by way of the coordination with Floor Manager
  • Training and adaption programs for the new staff 
  • Weekly / Monthly sales reports 
  • Inventory

-Qualifications & skills: 

  • University graduate is a must
  • Experience: Five (5) Years in retail environment
  • English and Arabic language (Essential)
  • Communication skills (Listening, Clear and Effective expression of ideas)
  • Computer literate (Microsoft office)
  • Statistical background/numeric
