Our Client, a leading company in information technology field in Qatar is looking to hire the following position:

IT Support Engineer:
Main Job requirements:
Bachelor degree in related field
Experience 3 to 6 Years in related field
Arabic & English (Excellent in Read, Write, Speak)
Males only required

Main Job responsibilities:
  *   Knowledge on Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
  *   Knowledge on manage engine service desk or any of the ticketing tool.
  *   Install and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
  *   Speak with the staff or clients to help resolve the issues of both hardware and software.
  *   Troubleshooting the system and network problems
  *   Have to provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
