Our client, A leading Travel, Haj & Omrah Company operating in Saudi Arabia is looking for excellent calibre to fulfill the following position in its head office in Jeddah:

Human Resources Manager

 

Job Purpose :

The position will be reporting to the CEO and is responsible to plan, direct, and coordinate human resources activities of the organization at the highest level encompassing complete employment life cycle from recruitment to retirement including staffing and recruiting, organizational development, performance management, training, compensation and benefits administration and employee relations WITH THE OBJECTIVE TO  ensure that the organization’s current and future human resource requirements are met and that employees are recruited, managed, organized, trained, evaluated and rewarded in accordance with organization's human resource strategy WITHIN the limits of relevant regulations, laws and employment standards.

Main Requirements:

- Sound knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems; Know-how of local laws, legal codes, court procedures and government regulations;

- Bachelor degree in Business/ HR from reputable university / MBA will be a plus ( CIPD or SHRM certified is highly desirable )
- Minimum 9-12 years’ experience in large-scale corporations, with at least 4-5 years in a similar position preferably in large & well known Travel , Tourism or Hospitality Companies 
- Excellent Communication & Leadership skills 

- Bilingual : English & Arabic
- Egyptian Nationality

- Age Criteria : 35-45
