Our client is one of the biggest companies in Middle East that focused on fast-moving consumer products, consumer electronics and home appliances, office equipment and software business solutions and office furniture. Requires the following positions urgently:

  • Customer Service Representative

 

Main Job Requirement:

 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of marketing / customer - service.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent command of the English language in both written and oral forms.
  • Must be computer literate and current on new technology. Also well versed in MS Office esp. Excel and Word.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

 Attend to any and all incoming calls customer, efficiently and with good communication skills. Patiently understand and record customer query. Ensure to provide all relevant information to the customer before disconnecting.

 

 Provide first level support to the customer by providing basic information and providing an estimate on time and cost. Ensure to start a job only after receiving consent from the client.

 

 Update MIF data as and when equipment undergoes any status change (e.g. location, installation and removal, contract status change etc.)

 

 Assign customer queries to relevant technical staff (along with the consent on service estimates) depending on customer, assigned territories, solution area and availability of technical personnel.

 

 Ensure to follow up with the assigned technical personnel for each customer query and assure that the customer has been attended.

 

 Follow up with the customers to ensure that the job has been successfully performed and also take feedback on other relevant issues.
