Room Division Director
Main Job Role:
- Responsible for assessing; developing and monitoring of the service delivery standards followed in all rooms’ division related areas
- Responsible of: Front Office, Butler Service, Switchboard, Concierge and Housekeeping
- Manage the human resources in the division (hire, train, develop, empower, coach, conduct performance and salary)
- Develop, recommend, implement and manage the division's annual budget
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Hospitality from an international & well known university
- 5+ years’ plus experience in rooms division in 5 stars luxury hotel at a managerial level
- Arab Nationality
