In their first cooperation; Staff Arabia & Ezdan Hotel Qatar held one of the most successful overseas recruitment campaigns in Tunisia & Morocco. Through the campaign; Staff Arabia managed to achieve 100% fulfillment for the required job vacancies for the pre-opening and over achievement for more openings in other hotels in the group.

 

The campaign kicked off first in Tunis, the capital of Tunisia, interviewing about 150 applicants. Then the team headed to Morocco. 170 applicants showed in Casablanca for two days for the interviews. Marrakesh was the last stop, with about 85 applicants get interviewed.

 

The campaign succeed to achieve the hotel pre-opening target to hire the required staff in different departments; Front Office, Reservation, Guest Relations, Restaurant (different cuisines), Kitchen, F&B, Room Services, Sales & Marketing, etc. which filled many positions starting from Duty Manager, Marketing Manager to Waiters, Chiefs, Sales Executives, Bellmen, etc.

 

It is worth mentioning that Ezdan Hotel is a member of Ezdan Holding Group, and is considered the largest hotel in Qatar. The Hotel has a capacity of up to 3,000 units of luxurious rooms and apartments divided as follow; 196 Hotel rooms and 2840 Serviced apartment.
