In their first corporation, Aster pharmacies & Staff Arabia held one of the most successful recruitment campaigns

The mission was to provide more than 100 reliable & experienced female candidates to work as sales promoter in UAE to meet our client needs and its selection criteria with very tight lead time (2 weeks only), the mission relatively hard but our recruitment heroes are always there.

With well-prepared & equipped environment the client reached our Head office in Cairo and started the interviews by choosing the best & qualified candidates from significant number of shortlisted calibers which were headhunted by our recruitment team to meet the requirements. Everything was running as planned, throughout two days the client finished the interviews and selected the best candidates & directly after the accomplishment of the assignment our team started preparations for deployment and joining procedures.
