The award recognizes the company's outstanding effort in transforming a payroll process for a client with a headcount of over 9,000 employees, overcoming multiple challenges and achieving impressive results.
The project involved unifying the payroll and personnel compliance processes, which were previously split between more than one vendor with different mappings and executions. The previous payroll process was also over the prior vendor's capability due to the headcount size versus the SLA. The project also required the transformation to a new vendor, which would have incurred a high cost due to the needed implementation time and two parallel runs.
Staff Arabia's solution was to develop and customize a software solution that meets the client's needs, enhancing processes and ensuring accurate and secure reports. The implementation and transformation to the new vendor were planned for 6 to 4 working days and three days after six months, resulting in significant cost savings.
Staff Arabia's commitment to achieving targets and incentives, improving global payroll performance, and problem-solving under testing circumstances led to its nomination for this prestigious award.
